NuvTV is a media player: it plays playlists that the user adds. NuvTV does not provide, host or sell channels, movies, series or playlists.

Privacy policy

NuvTV is an app by Notifique.

This policy explains which data the NuvTV app (Android TV, TV boxes, Fire TV, Android phones, Roku and Samsung and LG Smart TVs) and the nuvtv.net website process, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and other applicable laws.

Data we process

• Device identification: the MAC code shown on the app screen (on some devices it is a code derived from a system identifier), the 6-digit device key, and a protected (hashed) version of an internal device identifier, used to prevent someone else from using your MAC.
• Technical data: model/platform, app and system version, IP address, approximate country and date of last access.
• Registered playlists: playlist name, address (URL or server), partner code and, when provided, the playlist username and password. This data is stored so the playlist appears on the TV and can be managed on the website.
• Activation status: trial period, activation expiry date and the responsible reseller.

The app stores preferences locally on the device (such as the parental control PIN, favorites, language and player format) and a temporary copy of the playlist catalog so it opens faster. This data is not sent to us.

What we do not do

• We do not show ads and do not use advertising trackers.
• We do not sell or rent data.
• We do not record what you watch.
• We do not ask for your name, tax ID, e-mail or payment data inside the app. Activation is purchased from your reseller.

How we use data

• To identify the device and enable the free trial and activation.
• To deliver the playlists you registered to the app and let you manage them on the website.
• To allow the reseller responsible for your device to activate, renew and provide support.
• Security: to prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep access logs required by law.

Who we share data with

• Your reseller: sees the MAC, activation status and the device playlists, in order to provide the service.
• Infrastructure providers: server and database hosting, which process data only to provide services to us.
• Your playlist server: when you watch, the app connects directly to the playlist address you registered. Any data processing by that server is the responsibility of its provider.
• Authorities: when required by law or court order.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in Brazil, on servers located in São Paulo (SP).

How long we keep data

We keep data while the device is registered. Removed playlists are deleted. Security logs are kept for up to 180 days, and database backups for up to 14 days.

Your rights and choices

• Remove playlists at any time in the app (Change list) or on the nuvtv.net website.
• Request access to, correction or deletion of your device data by contacting your reseller.
• Uninstalling the app deletes the data stored locally on the device.

Children

The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents can restrict adult categories with the parental control PIN.

Terms of use

• What NuvTV is. A media player application. It does not include any content. To watch, the user must add their own playlist (M3U, Xtream Codes or partner code).
• Responsibility for content. The user is solely responsible for the playlists they add and for having the right to access their content. Using NuvTV to access content without authorization from the rights holders is prohibited.
• Activation. The app has a free trial period. After it, use depends on an activation made by a reseller (yearly or lifetime) or on access through a partner code while the partnership is active. Prices and conditions are agreed between the user and the reseller.
• Proper use. Attempting to bypass activation, using another person's MAC or interfering with the service is not allowed. Devices used improperly may be blocked.
• Availability. We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, nor the availability of playlist servers, which are not ours.
• Changes. These terms and the privacy policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
